Kyriakos Tigkas, M.D., is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras.
In 1988 he was the first successful candidate in the ranking of the Medical School throughout Greece.
During his studies in the Medical School of the University of Patras, which was his only choice, he had the chance, already from his first year, to participate as unpaid assistant in Surgery Clinics of various Specialties, in a large number of Surgical operations as a volunteer assistant surgeon, as well as in the scientific work of various clinics, such as the E.R.N. Giannios John – Professor of Translational Oncology, President of the Greek and the International Society for Molecular and Gene Medicine and Research – Medical University of Varna.

Νikolaos Drakoulis, MD, PhD
Associate Professor of Medical Science, Specialized Clinical Pharmacologist
Born in Piraeus, he studied Biochemistry in the University of Tubingen and Medicine in the University of Freie in Berlin, Germany.
He received his PhD from the University of Berlin and he specialized in Clinical and Molecular Genetics, in Human Pharmacoepidemiology, in Clinical Pharmacology and Clinical Chemistry. He worked in the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology and Human Genetics in the Universities of Freie and Charite of Berlin.
Since 2001, he is a professor of Clinical Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology, in the University of Medical Sciences, at the department of Pharmaceutics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He is a member of many scientific committees, associations and councils and the President of the Hellenic Society of Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Diagnosis and Therapy (EEPHARM).
Finally, he is the head of the Research Group on Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacogenomics at the Department of Pharmaceutics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Dimitrios Nikitas, M.D
Endogrinologist Dimitrios Nikitas, is a graduate of the Medical School of Alexandroupoli of Democritus University of Thrace.
After his studies and his military service, he worked as a medical specialist in General Pathology (two year duration of studies) in the General Prefectural Hospital of Xanthi, as a pre-requisite training for obtaining the specialization of Endocrinology.
He was trained in Endocrinology (Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism) for 4 years at the Patras-Rio General Hospital. He was also trained to perform a thyroid ultrasound, with a daily examination of a number of patients in the outpatient care.
He has attended numerous conferences and training sessions, both in Greece and abroad, on Endocrinology and Metabolic as well as Cardiovascular Diseases.
During the course of his training, the doctor has been particularly interested in the field of Nutritional Therapeutic Medicine, namely the clinical application of specific nutritional programs, individualized instructions per incident and rehabilitation with natural dietary supplements, as a therapeutic intervention in many chronic diseases, in the context defined by the modern application of Functional and Preventive Medicine.
He has attended a large number of relevant training seminars, and has also worked as a Medical Supervisor in companies operating in the field of Medical Nutrition Therapy. He was fortunate to handle, together with excellent colleagues, a large number of clinical incidents and to find out in the clinical practice, the impressive effects of dietary therapeutic intervention, on a variety of Diseases.

Sideris Vasilis, M.D.
Biopathologist – Biologist
Scientific Associate of Pasteur Institute
Graduate of the Department of Biology of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During the period of his training, he received two distinctions about his work from the State Scholarships Foundation (ΙΚΥ). He participated actively in educating students on the subjects of Molecular and Cellular Biology in cooperation with the professor Mr. Thomopoulos.
He continued his studies in the Medical Department of the University of Athens, where he received his degree at 1996. From 1993 to 1997, he was trained as a postgraduate grantee in the laboratory of Cell Immunology of the Greek Institute of Pasteur, in collaboration with Dr. Dotsika who was the leading researcher. During his postgraduate training, he continued to pursue a deeper knowledge in Laboratory Diagnostics and he published numerous essays in Greek and foreign scientific magazines and conferences. To this day, he is a scientific associate of Pasteur Institute.
He has participated in publications to magazines and conferences and in 2000 he received the award “D. Ikkou” at the 12th Conference Of General Medicine. From 2000 to 2005, he specialized in Biopathology – Microbiology in Alexandra Hospital. During his specialization, he participated in different research protocols.
He is a member of the Hellenic Society for Microbiology and the American Society for Microbiology.
Nanos Panagiotis Bc. Msc.
Biologist – Pathophysiologist
Graduate of the quinquennial Department of Biology (Bachelor and Μaster’s Degree) from the State University Aldo Moro in Bari, Italy with a direction to Pathophysiology. His thesis was entitled “The role of fibrinolysis in sepsis” and was written in collaboration with the Department of Pathology – Oncology of the Institute of Biology of the University Hospital of Bari, Italy.
His diploma is fully certified from the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center (DOATAP) as equal to a diploma from the Department of BIOLOGY from the National Universities of Greece.
During his military service, he was positioned as a Medical Doctor at the 401 Military Hospital where he participated in minor surgery, endoscopy and laboratory tests, assisting actively in the work of Military and Junior doctors and thus serving a large number of patients. Moreover, he worked as a health personnel assistant at the Clinic refugee camp in Malakasa.
He is an independent associate and scientific advisor of the German company LR Health & Beauty Systems as well as a lecturer on health seminars to the aforementioned company. Also, as a member of the empirical scientific team ESGME (Empirical study group for medical evidence), he participated in a research project on behalf of LR Health & Beauty Systems in cooperation with the Humboldt University of Berlin.
He has studied the application of non-chemical substances for various pathological conditions for mainly chronic diseases.
He has worked as a Professor of Biology and Chemistry lecturing students and writing dissertations.

Karagiannaki Maria Bc., MsC.
A graduate of the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology of the University of Thessaly.
She prepared her thesis entitled”The Kinetic study of the inhibitors of kinase of glycogen phosphorylase as potential antidiabetic drugs” in collaboration with the laboratory of Structural and Functional Biochemistry of the University of Thessaly.
Post-graduate studies at the Medical Department of the University of Thessaly, titled “Biology Of Reproduction”. She prepared her thesis in collaboration with the Department of Pathology called “Reparative mechanisms and Endometrial cancer.”
Her internship was at the biochemical laboratory of Alexandra Hospital where she participated in the biochemical analysis of clinical samples. Also, during her postgraduate studies, she was trained at the department of In Vitro Fertilization at the University Hospital of Larissa where she attended numerous incidents and conducted laboratory analyses.
Finally, she constantly enriches her already existing knowledge by attending seminars.
Penesi Areti Dimitra, MSc.
Clinical Nutritionist – Dietitian
A graduate of the Department of Nutrition of the University of Reading, UK, in “Nutrition and Food Science”.
Post-graduate studies in the Medical School of Glasgow University on “Nutrition with specialization in Clinical nutrition”.
In Greece, she recognized her degree as equivalent to that of Charokopio University, through the relevant procedure of the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center (DOATAP). At the same time, she was working voluntarily as a Dietician in PEDON “AGIA SOFIA” Hospital, where she faced a large number of Clinical cases, such as Malnutrition, Gastrointestinal, Renal, and Endocrine diseases, as well as Obesity.
Following this, she worked for three years as a principal Investigator – Nutritionist/ Dietician in charge of the program “KINA” of the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) in the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the Medical School of Athens, at Evgenidio Hospital, where Professor G.P. Chrosos was the Scientific Director.
Today, she is a scientific associate of IASO PEDON Children Hospital, where she monitors Clinical cases, while at the same time she works voluntarily as a Dietician in the outpatient clinic of the Advanced Laparoscopic-Endoscopic Surgery Clinic of Hippocratio Hospital, headed by Emmanuel Leandros, Professor of the University of Athens. Furthermore, she also works in the NK Medical Clinic, where she monitors all cases of the Department of Functional Medicine.
Finally, she attends a large number of seminars, and she also reviews current literature regularly.
Bakatselou – Milona Katerina, BSc
Dietitian – Nutritionist
A graduate of the department of Health and Medical Science of Hertfordshire University of United Kingdom, with a degree in Dietetics.
Her degree is certified by D.O.A.T.A.P (Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center) as equιvalent to the degree of Harokopio University of Athens.
She has attended a two year program in a Private Institute for Vocational Training in Athens (I.I.E.K), with a certificate as a «Dietary Applications Specialist»
During that time, she worked as a volunteer Dietitian in the Anticancer Hospital «Metaxa», in Piraeus. She encountered many clinical cases of cancer patients, but also more general clinical incidents as Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Malnutrition and Gastrointestinal Disorders.
To this day, in addition to her cooperation with the NK Medical Unit, she participates as a volunteer in a non-Governmental Organization, with a main goal of fighting Obesity in Greece and promoting healthy eating habits in children and new parents.
Finally, she is constantly informed about the development of science through seminars and scientific lectures.
Papaioannou Ioulia, Msc.
A graduate of the Chemistry Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her thesis was titled “Complexes of Ni and Mn with bpy and 3,4DHBA ligands. Spectrophotometric study of the effect of the solvent and the metal”. After completing her undergraduate studies, she continued with her post-graduate studies in collaboration with the department of Inorganic Chemistry and Technology. There, she studied further the preparation of contrast agents and their use in MRI.
She has worked as a teacher of Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics as well as a supervisor in lab lessons for undergraduate students.
Finally, she constantly enriches her knowledge by attending educational seminars and lectures.
Α Graduate of Nursing School of TEI Patras.
During her studies, she conducted a clinical internship at Karamandanio Pediatric Hospital of Patras, as well as at the General University Hospital of Patras in the Pathology, Dermatology and Pediatric department as well as at the “Artificial Kidney” unit.
Her internship was at the General Hospital for chest diseases, “Sotiria”. Specifically, she was trained at the emergency section, at the Thoracic Surgery department, in surgery, at the University department of Intensive care and at a Respiratory Medicine.
She is certified as a first aid provider and she is constantly attending training sessions and health conferences, thus evolving her scientific training.
Department of Philosophy, Teaching and Psychology of the Philosophy Department of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with the direction of Psychology.
She attended the Psychiatric Adult Clinic Educational Program at the General Hospital of Attica Sismanoglio from November 2015 to May 2016. During her traineeship, she taught high school students at the 1st Lyceum of Heraklion, Attica.
